Stitch in lower tummy

Hi girls!

Has anyone experienced any cramping in their lower tummy? I get it when I am walking but also when I am doing nothing, it feels like a stitch

I don't think it is cause it feels like a stitch and not a cramp/contraction xx

It could be where your ligaments are stretching etc to accommodate your ever growing uterus..
if it gets too painful maybe give your mw a quick call?

Yeah I think I will cause its really painfall and slows me down!!!! I want to be able to get some exercise at least!!

If its slowing u down, rest.. if it still hurts with rest u should have a word with mw hun x

I get this sometimes when I'm at the gym, it does feel like a stitch and kind of takes your breath, I think it's stretching or something loosening

Got this when walking for my train this evening... had to walk so slowly I missed it!

I get this when i'm walking too fast anywhere (i'm never actually walking fast just at a normal pace for pre-pregnant me) I put it down to all the extra weight the bump is putting on those lower tummy muscles when i'm bobbing up and down. Found wearing support bands helped and breathing really deeply.

I get this all the time too.
I have to take the dogs out twice a day for there walks and within minutes of getting out I'm in pain. Found walking slower doesn't help either. I just suffer til I get home then it starts easing when I rest xx

I'm feeling the same thing coco, mine came on last night when I was hoovering so a bit worried I've overstretched? It's still there this morning, a stitch like pain very low down across my bikini line on left hand side - baby still kicking though which is good. Reckon we must just have stretching pains? x x

I think so Bella, its annoying cause me and my husband like to walk everywhere and it just makes me feel like a lazy lump!!
