Sterilising beakers and water drinks

Do you sterilise beakers for your baby?

I've been giving Tilly one and she drops it on the floor, smears the spout with her hands/feet etc and it's pretty hard to keep sterile for long iyswim? I wasn't sure what the recommendations were for beakers.

Also, I'm persevering but she pulls some funny faces when drinking and spits/vomits a lot of the water out. Any tips?

I do yes. Not sure why as he also chucks it about the place but in my head it makes me feel better to sterilise lol!
No suggestions re the vom, Cam is terrible for it and I've just resigned myself to him being this way x
