started losing some mucus plug a bit early?

I'm just over 33 weeks and started losing small chunks of pieces of my mucus plug. Isn't this a bit early? I've also had few cramps when I lay down at night but they go away. Did any of you ladies start losing your plug early?

Dont worry unless theres loads with blood
The plug replenishes itself
Just be sure to tell your mw at next appt x

I lost quite a bit at 34/35 weeks, it was clear/yellowy. I then lost more again at 39 which which had a little brown blood in. I didn't go into labour until 41+2
