Standing independently

Any tips on how to get h to stand up without using furniture? He can walk for a few mins before falling and can balance himself fine but he won't stand without using the stairs or furniture!

i think he will just get there in his own time hun!!

my lo went from cruising to walking in about 1 month, but you could deffo tell when he was cruising he just wasnt ready! maybe the other ladies will have more ideas!!! xoxoxo

Mine is 13 months and he'll only let go of furniture for a couple of seconds but if i try and stand him up in the middle of the room and let go he goes straight to the floor or clings to me for dear life lol Not sure when it's going to happen tbh!

I find that if maisie is holding something like a toy shell stand no longer than 8 seconds tho

See he will stand if you put him there and will walk with stuff in his hands and mouth but getting from sitting to standing is what he can't graft! I don't think I'm prob the person to teach him how as I have adapted the way I stand,crouch etc due to the limitations of my ankle!I know he gets frustrated of he falls down he has to crawl to something to stand up!x
