Squeaky Shoes

I was in the doctors this morning and this little girl (2 maybe 3 years old) came out of one of the consulting rooms with (I think) her Gran.

Every step the little girl took made a squeaky noise, like a squeaky dog chew!

Please please tell me this isn't a new craze! My mental state couldn't take it.....and what if someone buys Mhairi a pair!?!?!?!

I remember someone telling me that their grandson was wearing them because he walked on his tiptoes and it encouraged him to walk properly because the squeak was in the heel - I thought it was a medical thing, I didn't realise you could just buy them. They'd drive me mad!
