Spots!!!!

Ok Girls I need Your Help!

Since coming off pill 8 mths ago I cannot stop getting spots on my neck, they are DISGUSTING! I never have suffered with spots b4. How can I get rid, any ideas??????

I use toothpaste on my spots over night - drys them out a treat and makes DH laugh!

They are probably hormonal, I get them sometimes too but not enough to want to do anything about it. You could get some antibiotics from your doctor to help clear them up? Maybe see a dermatologist about it as they may be able to recommend a topical ointment. Have you tried any products with benzoyl peroxide? Good luck, I hate acne

Hi!

Seemingly "Dalacin Topico" (not sure what English translation - maybe Dalacin Topical) is excellent for spots. It is a prescribed lotion in a little bottle like a roll-on deodorant and you just roll it on the affected area.

I live in Spain so my aunts often ask me to bring some home for my teenage cousins! And they find it brilliant! I think its expensive in the UK, but only about 7 EUR in Spain over the counter.

I get acne just before AF i've never tried toothpaste. Does it help clear them up?

yeah, I find toothpaste clears them up well, is cheep and smells pretty good too!

i've always had spots - especially around my chin and jaw at that time of the month, now i have them permanently - damn hormones
Recently I started using sudocrem on them - it does a nice job of clearing them up.

i was originally on the pill as a teenager for my spots so i was terrified when i came off it. i cant praise johnsons clear and clear enough as its kept the little buggers at bay so far, if i do get a humdinger then i use witchhazel, gd luck xx
