Spots

My month old boy has got little spots on both his cheeks, they look like spots adults get but smaller, like whiteheads.. Anyone else's baby got them? Are they normal?

yes they are 40% of baaies suffer from baby acne, my little one has had it since about 3 weeks old it comes and goes and can last upto 6 months old.

Daniel had have them, and my HF told, that those are heat spots. Apparently babies dont swet like we do, so If they are overheated they got those spots. Make sure he isnt too hot.
I am also putting some face cream on him (lavera baby with evening primrose and shea butter).

Charlotte had these too, and they cleared up after a couple of weeks
