just changed alfies nappy and on his belly he has lots of patches of pin pricky spots, havent changed the wash powder etc, everythings the same, hes bathed every day with the same lotion as always, he wears clean clothes everyday (2 or 3 sets ) but im not really sure what it could be any one have any ideas?

Could it just be a heat rash?!?! When Arianna gets them it's always round her waist where her nappy would sit

it doesnt look like a heat rash, it looks quite rough ... its his belly oo not his nappy area, i just oticed it when i was changing his nappy ... im not sure hun it culd be though

Chloe gets these sometimes, on her tummy. She had them bad when she was a couple of months old and I took her to the doc, he told me to try sudocrem which i did and it dried them right up. She got them again recently on her tum again and again the sudocrem cleared it up, im not sure what it actually is though or what causes it
