Anybody know anything good to help clear spots? Im having a major breakout right now.

i used to try everycream possible but i found that the best thing ever is Sudacream! i havent had a spot for ages! but did suffer with them during pregnancy!! sudacream=magic cream!! only need a tiny little bit too!!

I have had bad skin since I was a teenager, and now I'm 26 I have finally learnt that the only 2 things that work for me is at least 2 litres of water evry day - so I buy a big bottle on the way to work and another on the way home! and clean & clear exfoliating face wash - only once a day, wash your face with this in the morning and only use water at night time. My sister is unfortunate to belssed with the same crap skin as me and she does the same as me, works for us so give it try?! Oh, and if your skin is oily - give moisturiser a miss unless its oil free

Now I have the odd hormonal break out but they are barely noticeable.

Definately agree about the water! I have bad skin but since I've been drinking 4 litres a day (bf makes me thirsty anyway) it's cleared up so much. But have noticed a few little breakouts at the moment, think it's pg hormones and because I find it harder to down pints at a time now

I use the tea tree oil on mine, but i only get random spots!!!

Sudocreme would work though hun, and lots of water xox

Hi

I used to have mad breakouts now i just dont use face cream . and washmy face with clean and clear i still get the odd breakout though hope you find somthing that helps
