she said Max is teething which could be why his nights are so bad. makes me feel better that its nothing to do with me doing anything wrong. she said im doing everything right but just to make he gets enough good naps in the day, put him to bed earlier, and dont rush to him-let him cry for 5-10 mins n see if he self-settles.....

so bedtime tonight will be 7.30 and gonna do the othe things she said.

oh she also said a feed after 4am is fine for his age but he shouldn't be needing one before so im gonna stick to what im doing and feed after 4am when he wants it
