Honestly how sore is it to have done? I had epi last time but was so focused on contracting barely felt anything this time ill b totally aware as its for planned section ? That's the bit I'm pooping my pants for lol xx

Hi,

I had a spinal 2 weeks ago and i was pooping myself to. Its honestly not to bad. They get you to lean over a pillow and give you a local so you don't feel it to much. Feels a lot like when you bang your funny bone but in your back iykwim. I found it more weird being numb from the ribs down! lol. I'm sure you will be fine xxx

Mine got sited wrong and it blooming hurt. That said, once he put it in the right bit it wasn't that bad. Ur too busy thinking of meeting the baby! Don't worry, if I can do it anyone can! Xxx

I loved it once they got it in- after 12 hrs of very painful labour it was heaven! The worst bit was he had to keep stopping while I had a contraction and it was sited wrong too at first so it took a bit longer. Don't worry about it, tho your back will hurt afterwards when the pain relief wears off xx
