Hey there,

I spilt some milk in the change bag :( - cows milk. It stinks! Scrubbed with lots of diff things but still smells. Any advise? Cant put the bag in the washing machine, it says not to on care label. It's kinda a plastic material....please help!
xx

I ended up binning mine when I did this! It was only a cheap one tho! Sorry I'm not much help! Have you tried febreeze?

Hey!
I don't think febreeze would help, oh noo! It's our only one and is lovely and was 50 quid! we've used it every day for a year, I feel very attached to it! Maybe I will chance it in the washing machine. i was thinking about bleach or milton?! if we could afford it I could use it as an excuse to buy another, but no way. Currently using an old rucksack, which tbh, is perfectly fine...

I'd give a mild Milton solution a go! I was devoed when I got rid of my original changing bag! I just use little bags now they're older!

yeah and soon I can give him a rucksack and get him to carry his own stuff! lol!

Bicarb of soda is a natural deodoriser I think?? Might be worth rubbing some of it in and then just cleaning with fairy liquid?

ah thanks I may try bicarb 1st before the milton. I have some from last week as I used it in Owen's cake instead of baking powder, it was yuk and I had to remake lol!

becky youre a star! I think the bicarb has worked! result!

Yay! Get me and my domestic-goddess advice! Makes a change!
