SPD?

I'm aching 'down below'... almost like I've been having sex all night (I HAVEN'T )

is this SPD or am I just a deep sleeper and OH has been having some fun with me!??!

It could be SPD or it could just be the baby low down in your pelvis. I often get that. I've just tried to walk around Asda feeling like some one has shoved a red hot poker up my garden

sounds like it could be spd, I'd mention it to your midwife. She might be able to get some physio, or a support belt to help
