SPD :o(

One thing after another in this pregnancy... in hospital on Saturday afternoon, I have SPD, basically the ligaments have softened too much in my pelvis making it very painful... nothing they can do apart from phystio and paracetamol!!

On the plus side I haev 13 weeks to go... cant wait to hold her lol.

Hey sweet, I know how you feel I got referred for physio because I had symptoms of SPD, but it eased off and im coping now so i didnt go in the end. Il get re referred if it gets worse again. Mine is to do with it being a subsequent pregnancy and everything is too soft too soon so to speak!

Hot water bottles seem to help a little too, might be worth giving that a try
