I had it with Ellis but never diagonosed it cos it was bearable, But i can feel it coming back....

Cramp in my bum cheek all the time and hurts to turn in bed!!

Has anyone got any exercises?

Thanks Melanie I think I'm showing signs of this too get terrible pain turning over in bed. My sister had it so bad she had to use crutches or a wheelchair going anywhere.
 
Have not read the link which someone posted above, but had it with DS and now have it again with DD, pilates really helps me, and also putting a pillow between legs at night, as well as swinging both legs round to get out of bed instead of one at atime. I also have a support belt (my midwife gave me one when I was pregnant with DS, but I've had to buy one from Mothercare over here), the extra support for your bump takes some of the pressure off. It can be really painful, I sympathise hun! xx
