I was only giving myself 2 more cycles but just wondering if it's worth trying soy isoflavones if our frozen embryo transfer isn't successful.

Looking for advice from those who have tried it (successful or not) what cd did you take and if it made any affects on your cycle.
If you have any helpful links/webpages to share please do!

Also, where did you get them from? A quick search and I was finding 750mg, when I've read not to exceed 200mg..

I read somewhere not to take it if you're cycle is regular so I'm not sure if I should (although at this point does it really matter? Since I feel like I've given up anyway!!!!)
My cycle can vary from 26-31 days but is often 28. Any gp/doctor etc I've spoken to about my cycle seems to consider it as regular so??? I don't know!!!
