ok i am sorry if this is to much info
but if i cough or wot ever or am just walking around i leak a lil discharge i did my pelvic flor excersise etc so cant be that but i was just wondering wot it is, its like im on a permanent discharge period lol

ne ideas on wot it could be?

Doing pelvic floors is not really a guarantee, also you have to KEEP doing them...I'm terrible at remembering though. You also had a bad tear, so the need for you to keep doing them is even greater I'm afraid.

i do them every time i go for a wee lol i got it written in all toilets to remind me - unless B is upset then i leave it that loo trip lol

Sarah sometimes your normal discharge will become more noticeable around the time you are coming up to and during ovulation. It gets more in quantity and it appears a lot wetter, therefore more noticeable. It could be that.
Discharge outside what is normal for you should be checked as it could be a sign of infection (Not necessarily sexually transmitted either).
Keep an eye on it for a few days - if you notice it has an unpleasant odour - Get it checked out by your GP.

ohrite ok thans rach, i dought it could be STD as i aint had ' sex' since like middle feb lol and this has only just started lol i have had a cold??
