Sorry another question, stabbing pains

Sorry another question.

Every two or three days I get a short stabbing pain in my left side that then throbs for a while, last night it happen when I turned over in bed- should I be worried?

That's just your ligaments stretching, nothing to worry about. Be careful turning over in bed, coughing, sneezing etc.. it can be really sore

I also meant to say that the best thing to do is to hold the bottom of your belly if you do any of that - it does help
