Sorry another opk question...

I did an opk today and got a faint line..I know it's not positive but should I start bd'ing now? 6irst time I've used them. I'm not due to ovulate till tuesday is it possible I could ovulate earlier? X

It is definitely possible to ovulate early. I don't start BDing until the ovulation test line is more than faint, just because I am worried about too much BDing reducing sperm quality/quantity. However, once I start to get lines I do tend to start testing every 8 hours or so (but then I am quite neurotic!!!) and try to BD at the peak.

However, sperm can live for 2-5 days so if you were to ovulate within the next few days it may be that BDing now could be successful.
