Sore nipples - increased appetite - not going to toilet for number twos as much

Could these been sings of pregnancy?
Never had sore nipples EVER this is what first alerted to me to think I may be pregnant.

Hi hun, my boobs were pretty tender but they did go like that anytime I was due my period, that sounds like a good sign, not too sure about the other 2, I didn't have them good luck x
