Please can anyone help!?

Currently about to hit 34 weeks and for the last 6 weeks or possibly more, I can't even remember. Some nights I have such a bad ache in my hips, it will be the hip I am laying on, so I roll over and this continues through the night. However, it is getting worse and worse to the point that last night I felt like I had to roll over every 5 mins. I am still working for 2 more weeks and I am absolutely exhausted today :( Not the best way to start the week.
I have tried a maternity pillow, laying on a pillow, one between my knees, one under my bump....etc etc. I just cant imagine this for another 6-8 weeks! Urgh!!

Anyone had similar, or any ideas to help?

xx

Not sure I can be any help but I've been experiencing the exact same thing. I am 34+1 and it's been going on for a few weeks. I spoke with my consultant about it and he said it's very common in pregnancy and unfortunately there's not really much they can do, just have to try get through it.

I have tried my pregnancy pillow, normal pillow...using half my husbands body cuz he's firmer...but to no avail. I wake up 495859 times per night between peeing and random hip pain :(

If anyone has any solutions id defo be interested too xx

I literally could have written this myself! Last night I nearly cried my hips hurt that bad! I’ve also tried all the pillow solutions but nothing seems to help. Sorry I have no suggestions, just lots of sympathy! Xx

So glad to hear its not just me! It is so frustrating, the pain is annoying, but for me it's the next day when I am totally exhausted and feel like doing absolutely nothing! Fed Up!!

Exactly the same with me. I'm 33 weeks and it's been going on for about 4 weeks now. I have physio for SPD and mentioned it there, she told me to lay on a doubled up duvet or blankets to keep the area I'm laying on as soft as possible. I'm still waking up a lot with pain in my hips but not as much as before she suggested to try this xx

Me too! It’s absolutely horrible! I’m 30+5 and I’ve had this for a few weeks now but recently it’s got so bad I could cry! Nothing seems to help! When I straighten my legs out it almost feels like cramp and hurts so bad!
The things we go through hey!
