Sore burning nipples

Been getting this off an on throughout my pregnancy, now my skin is so so dry, it looks like my nipples have eczema as they are sore and angry where the 'holes' are where the milk will come out, anyone know if this is normal and just hormonal or whether it will interfere with milk production/bf?
