Sore boobs DURING period?

Has anyone else had this before and is it normal?
My boobs have been sore since about 3dpo and I mean on fire sore, af showed up on schedule but my boobs are still really sore, not as bad as they were but they are still really tender. I’ve never had this happen before as the pain usually goes away once af shows up. Could this be a hormone imbalance?

I get it from ovulation till about half way in to af...I think it's normal as far as I know?

I get is some months and not others.... perhaps its just a fluctuation this month. When mine are sore they are REALLY sore
