Sony Ericsson W580i phone

Do any of you have it?

I hate mine!! I have only had it since mid jan and so far 6 or the keys are cracked and it keeps loosing all my pics, vids of it's own accord and then they turn up again 3 days later.


I am getting a new one under warranty, but to be honest I would prefer to go back to my samsung phone, never had a single problem with it!

I haven't got that one but nearly got it untill i heard bad reviews.

It's the W910i only had it a month and so far it has been ok!

Gosh thats suprising from a Sony Ericsson. I had a samsung before my Sony Ericsson and I hated it! and have had Sony Ericssons ever since. Sorry cant help though lol

my partner got his last week and his now on his 2nd as first was replaced lol

Maybe its just that make then I just googled it and its the same one my Mums neighbours daughter has got and shes had quite few probs with her inc cracked keys

I have it and nearly all my keys have cracked but they're not coming off so I'm not too bothered to be honest. My dh had the same phone and had nothing but problems! The speaker kept making horrible buzzing noises whenever someone phoned him and we sent it off 6 times to be fixed and it wasn't! Had so many problems with phones 4 u because they don't give refunds are 28 days and we'd had it for 31! They eventually said they would replace his phone but he demanded a different make which was the Samsung U600. That took about 2 months to arrive even though they said it would be an instant replacement! Had so many problems with that company it's unreal! I'm going to be writing a huge letter of complaint because it took from nov to march to sort him out a new phone! On time he sent it off for repair and they didn't even look at it, just updated the software! Shocking!

I'm glad I saw this thread I am due for an upgrade and love SE usually.

I'm with orange but I think I'm going to shop around so I get a free PS3 with my new deal

Well I am with orange and have nothing but probs this last few months, so I think I might shop around.

Their customer service has been vile considering I have been with them for almost 10yrs!

Me and OH have had terrible service when it comes to phones 4 you. OH wrote a letter of complaint to the head office regarding the service he received. He had a phone call a few days later to clarify what had gone on but who knows whether any action was taken. Probably Not
