Hey everyone,
I just needed to tell you something that has worked for me! A friend suggested I have reflexology on my feet because 2 of her friends who had been trying for babies for up to a year had it and fell preg that month, I thought she was mad, but its worked for me too! Cant believe it. I know you might think im mad, but its gota be worth a try. Also if it helps anyone, I got preg first month using ovulation kit and legs in the air. Just want to wish everyone lots and lots and lots of luck! It will happen x x x x

Hi,

I'm actually a qualified reflexologist but haven't practised for about a year but if I've not been successful this cycle, I'm going to start having reflexology regularly (as well as treating myself but it feels better when someone else does it!!).

I've got a fair amount of literature and conception and I think it really does help. One of my case studies when I was training was a 38 year old with anovulation (did not ovulate every month). I did 10 treatments on her over the space of 3 months and 2 months later she got pregnant! Coincidence maybe...

Will dig out my info on it and post any good stuff here!
