no need to stand on the head! And I am not sure moon cups are suitable for trying to conceive? they are a good bit different.

soft cups keep the sperm high up near your cervix, and if you have plenty EWCM (or preseed) it gives them plenty of fluid to swim through to reach your eggy! i kept them in for 12 hours at a time, so get the maximum benefit.

a lot of woman use them for AI aswell using donor sperm. I just popped mine straight in after sex and left it there.

Havent tried it out yet, have been lucky this cycle and came up with a new move that lets me keep them inside for longer .. although it is still a little hit and miss!! Might try my cup next cycle!!
