I was going to say you as I think you are the most over due here? If anyone deserves to go into labour soon, its you! you doing great being this far overdue, think I would have pulled all my hair out by now and my other halfs!

Thanks ladies! I have given up waiting and anticipating and am just carrying on as normal as nothing I do makes any difference!! Hospital tomorrow for sweep number 3 and to be booked in for induction, so at least then I'll have something to work towards!!! Hope you lot don't go over, as has been said it's torture, especially in this heat! Xxx

Is being induced really that bad? I only hear the bad stories. Does anyone have a good story?

I was induced, it was alright, can't really remember much about it. wasn't in labour for long but it did hurt. Not veru helpful but I haven't got anything to compare it against.

Forgot to say I didn't have any problems, was an easy birth I guess. I didn't like having to stay on the bed though as they put a monitor thing on the baby to make sure it was ok. Think that is just standard though as being induce can have a risk to the baby.

I was induced with my first and havent got anything to compare it to but I wouldnt say it went bad at all.. It is a pain having to stay in the bed all the time but other than that I cant imagine the pain etc was any worse than normal. My waters broke themself about 4pm I was took down to delivery at 7pm and was only 2cm, at 9pm I was 3-4cm and my son was born just after midnight. Im not worried about having to be induced again but just dont want to go 2 weeks over

Yeah sorry got changed to crimson and had to delete my journal cause certain people where reading it in the wrong light and causing arguments but its all sorted now and don't think they are on the forum anymore!

I have my sweep on Tuesday, and not too bothered about getting induced at least that means that this baby HAS to get here soon she has no choice! But overdue is torture xx
