Sorry but just needed to talk to someone! I had a wee tiny bleed on thursday - not much and went away, but then this morning I had another bleed a bit heavier but again has now went away. They have booked me in for another scan on christmas eve (this will be third one) I just hope its ok, can't face another miscarriage and we were meant to be telling parents on christmas day - im just so so worried!!!

It's not that uncommon to get bleeds around the time your period would have been due. Lots of and I hope all is well with your scan - I'm sure it will be

I've been bleeding for 4 weeks - first 2 weeks dark red, heavy bleeding. Everything's fine, just annoying.

By this stage, any bleeding is almost certainly coming from you rather than the baby - possibly a small blood clot/tear in the placenta (which is what I have and which usually resolves itself) or else from the super-sensitive cells round the cervix.


If you're not cramping, and the bleeding isn't continuous or heavy, try to stay relaxed (hard, I know), it's probably fine

good luck with your scan, im sure all will be fine, i had mild pink spotting all the way through with amber (on and off) and she was fine

Oh hun I am right with you there!

I have had loads of pink spotting, had a scan at 7 weeks and I say a blob with a heartbeat! had more spotting again and have a scan tomorrow aswell.

I find what Kitty said to be very reasurring, I hope it goes well tomorrow
