So confused with my body

So I'm now on my 4th cycle of clomid and had no luck as of yet but this month my cycle was very short and very light and I have no idea why I had spotting Tuesday then Wednesday had very light pinky red bleeding (not even enough to fill a tampon for a full day) by Thursday I was just getting it when I wiped and mainly brown then Friday nothing at all, what's going on could the clomid be causing this? I was u see the impression my cycles would be much heavier while on clomid, I also Reyes ovulation tests last cycle and had over 8 days of positives in a row
