Anyone else had "tube pains" ?

Hiya
Im on my first cycle of Clomid and AF due Friday. For the past few days I've had pains very low down in my tummy like very very mild period pains but concentrated on both sides ?? I keep moaning to OH that I have "pains in my tubes" as thats was it feels like. Im just getting over a bad bout of flu so not sure if that has summat to do with it. Anyone else Clomid or not experienced this ?

I wouldn't even know what tube pain feels like! sorry I can't help but hope it's a good sign!

I sometimes get the feeling like I've been doing sit ups, but I had this before the clomid too.
I always aslo get really dull AF pains a few day before she comes, so dull that sometimes I think I may be imagining it lol.
