so annoyed with the docs right now

Right so here goes.
I went docs for a reason ive been suffering on and off bleeding since 2008 an since there getting worse to the point i have no sex drive or life i seem down because of it an causing major stress with my levels.
I am not anemic an my hormoanes r fine i was tested by blood tests.
So anyway i went to me doc an i sed i cudnt do a vaginal examination as of past experiances i have tried this with other docs an my legs/hips tightend that much that i cried an cudnt do it i gave it a shot an still cudnt do it.
an the docs thinks my bleeding is something to do with hormoanal with an past eating disorder which made my periods so irratic but if that was the case then a few years ago i got put on the contraceptive implant to try an help regulate them an it made it worse so i dont think its my hormoanes an she recommended the pill i cannot swallow tablets as i gag on it.
Im not allowed on the injection because it can cause thinning of the bones an i have a low BMI an i wont go on the coil i just cant let anyone touch me down that area badly sexually abused as a child when i was in foster care an i dont trust enough people not even when i gave birth i hated someone touching me but i was high on gas an air i hated it.

so the doctors are now saying they wont help me .
so now ive got to suffer 9 days been on an then say a week later ill be off an then ill be straight back on again.
how bad can my life be right now lol x

Okay. One. I get ur doctor isn't havig the easiest time with u... But patients aren't easy and come with lots of an issues. The docs an arse! If u need help, u need help!
Before I had my first, I had periods every 2 ish weeks.I was put on the pill to control them. 6 month later I had no periods whatsoever. I went to my gp, who sent me to gynae. I told them my symptoms. They didn't do an internal, but sent me for an ultrasound and that showed I've polycystic ovaries, so that could be a possibilty? Though it would be odd with u being under weight...
I'm not sure when u bleed if that makes sense, like is it random, or after sex etc.
I have been referred to gynae again by a dif gp as I hVe some bleeding between periods an after sex. I was seen at gynae in a few weeks, sent for an urgen ultrasound and have my follow up next week.
Just because u refused an internal doesn't mean they shouldn't help u!!
A gynae doc has way more knowledge on all the diff stuff down there. They can do a hell of a lot of tests without an internal. And if they were really worried, ie wanted a biopsy or whatever, u could e knocked out.

Like Leanne said you shouldn't be refused treatment! There are a lot of people who have similar issues and they find ways of working round them. Can you see another gp?

Oh hun, a lot of what you have described is exactly what one of my best mates went thru, she even had to have a c section as she wouldn't have been able to cope with the birth. She ended up on the pill injection for her periods as they were really bad. Obviously that's not an option for you but her gp is really good (this one is anyway, she's had loads of rubbish ones!). I think you should demand a second opinion. The things you have been through should not prevent you getting treatment and if it does then the surgery is discriminating against you. They need to find a way to work with you on this, not just fob you off. It makes me so angry when I hear things like this! Go back to them hun, don't let them off so easily! Good luck x
