I know you'll all tell me to go to see the doctors i have tried but i was to intense when they tried heres my story.

Since having my LO ive not really been off (bleeding :( ) its getting me down alot.
Ive been off for one day but then i DTD an then it started back up again.
For the month i will have a general period lasting up to 8 days bleedin normal for a period then id slow down for week then stay off for one day so i think im safe DTD then i come back on again.

Ive always had dodgey periods before i was pregnant an i tried to be examined but i was so tense i was never off so it hurt more :( an now im thinking bout going bk to me doc but i know ill just as hurt on the inside cos im bleeding i get bad belly cramps im starting to feel alittle weaker than usual. I dont know if this is normal or of if my body tryin to get back to normal since having LO 4 months ago surely it would of settled by now.
I cant go on ne contraception to help with periods because of OH having the snip they see no reason for me to go on it to help my periods .
I know having a baby was out of my control when i was in labour an i will feel out of control when they test me which is why i think i will feel out of control i dont feel like i can be tested. I do wana find out whats wrong with me im just scared of being tasted. :(

Not exactly in same boat as not had a baby myself, but still bleeding four months after baby is not entirely right so GP really should take you seriously and refusing you the pill (or implant or whatever) due to your OH's vasectomy is not right either.

Lots of women are prescribed contraception to deal with pain, heavy bleeding, irregular cycles and ovarian cysts (Like me). They really should not be fobbing you off about this.

Please don't be scared of being examined internally, compared to an internal in pregnancy, it really is nothing at all (have had several checks over time myself and as a student midwife have experienced a some more pregnancy related from the other side if you know what I mean).

Please do have everything looked at hun and don't let them just turn you away without doing anything about it.

Hope things get better *hugs*

Lxx

Hiya,my sister bled for 8 months after birth and didn't seek medical help for 7 months. She had blood tests but refused the internal cos she didn't feel comfortable. Anyway a month later all was back to normal but really wish she'd got checked out earlier cos it could have been a number of things. The doc told her that it prov just took her body longer to adjust back after birth. xxx

I dont really like the idea of one them things that makes ya open wide clamp thing an cotton bud thingy makes me cringe :( !! x
