does anyone kno what causes it? and how to stop it?

my boyf says i snore like a beast, he's described it as "demonic" and "unearthly"! its not just since i got pregnant and gained weight, he says i snored even when i was 40kg. i dont wanna sound like some old man in my sleep, it must be unattractive to him and i imagine it will frighten LO when she arrives!

what can i do?!

There are nose strips you can get that open the airways

theres strips you can use to prevent snoring, but not sure if you can use them when you are pg
If not, try sleeping on your side or without a pillow

I snore too hun, its so embarrasing. its got worse since being pg too. i do feel sorry for OH some nights, especially when its right in his face

glue some golf balls on his back at night so he can't sleep on his back
