sneezing

me again and im worried again

anyway what it is this time is that i sneezed earlier and got a bit of pain in my belly, just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else? not sure if the pain is where i pulled mussels where i keep being sick and coughing though and the sneezing made it abit painful.

I have had this hun if i cough or sneeze sometimes i get an awful shooting cramp at the bottom of my tummy infact a couple of times i have had to stay bent over till it eases I also felt this a couple times when standing from sitting quick almost like i stretch my tummy too quick

This happens to me most times hun! Sometiems very painful sometimes not so bad but most times!!

hahha sorry i was just laughing at your spelling of "MUSSELS" it tickled me and made me giggle at my laptop ... sorry lol,
iv had a really bad cold too hun, its just going now but iv been coughing and sneezing away for two weeks. it hurt sometimes and it worried me but baby seem to be happy and the MW said baby wouldnt really feel it much as here so cushioned in there xx

Just thought I would add that I read somewhere that a pregnant woman should tilt their head back when sneezing to put less strain on back and tummy muscles - I sneeze all the time and I can say that it really does work. If I forget and just sneeze normally I get the twinge you are talking about so its worth giving it a go It just looks a bit weird sneezing into the air above you!!

i get this. my tummy hurts for a while on the right side after i sneeze!
