Sudden Movements

I think this has been posted before but im going to post again

When i make anykind of sudden movement coughing, getting up too quickly, turning over in bed i get a sharp pain in my groin/lower belly area. Im not worried about as im sure its normal i just wondered what it is

I think it's round ligament pain, very common and nothing to worry about

Bloom, you'll be shocked and surprised to hear I get this too... like you I'm not particularly worried but was wondering what it was so thank you muppetmummy for the clarification!!

I think I'm going to be pretty much one of those permanently worried while pregnant people.

Yep, good old stretching pains. I've had them all day still and the flippin well hurt

I get it too, I think it is normal. I posted about it too as I was worried but other people said that it's ok and they hold onto their bellies a lot when getting up!!! I guess we're using stomach muscles to get up and not used to the lump in front!!!! x
