SMP and part time worker!

Just wondering, I work 3 days a week, will I get the full SMP or will I get it pro rata, ie 60% of it becausde I work 60% of a full working week? Or does it go on the amount of my national insurance contributions? I earn decent money, so have paid a lotof tax, NI etc.

You should also (if you havnt already done so) check what your employers maternity leave policy is.

Thanks Tuck, I will have a look, have made appointment to meet someone from work and discuss it all. Think they pay something too, but I will be on a lot less money last few months of leave.
