smoothies

Hi Sarah, this is how I make smoothies I don't know if they are ok for babies too. I use a milk, banana and any other defrosted frozen/fresh fruit add some yoghurt and put it in the blender. They can also be made with just yoghurt or just milk. I like strawberry and banana but I don't think its advised to give babies strawberries. Banana and mango is also nice :)

sarah I just chuck loads of fruit in a blender and whizz it up

I like

Frozen Banana, strawberries and raspberries, splash of OJ, and a bit of breakfast oats.

Mixed frozen Berries (can buy from a supermarket) with banana and greek yoghurt.

Kiwi and mango

etc
etc

Just make it up as you go along:D

Me too, just chuck in whatever you like and whizz it up. Yummy!

I like a banana smoothie......but i also add some honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.......really yummy!!
