Trying to understand SMEP... As per the plan,
--- Begin ovulation testing on Day 10. When test is positive, "try" that night, plus two additional nights in a row. Skip one night, then do one last "try" ---
Is this "one last try" meant to be on the day of the ovulation or the day before ovulation?
If it is the day before ovulation, then is it good to skip doing the deed just a day before ovulation? Read somewhere that the sperm regains its strength while waiting for the egg - so a waiting sperm is better to get through the hard shell than a newly arrived one. So wouldnt it be better to do it the day before?
Apologise if the discussion is too technical
