Small femur...

So I just had my 36 week ultrasound and was told by the Doctor that our baby is measuring normal in the head and torso. But is measuring at the 5th percentile for femur and arms. I had an ultrasound at 32 weeks where everything was measuring normal. The Dr said it COULD be a sign of dwarfism but is kinda difficult to determine since measurements are done on a ultrasound. She did say that my amniotic fluid is normal and the baby's head is round in shape so that's a good sign but won't be able to determine anything until the baby is born. We did have the genetic testing done and it showed negative on all fronts. My husband and I are just worried. Has anyone else experienced this scare?? Thank you in advance!
