Slow cooker help

I know this was posted on here a few days ago but if anyone has any really easy slow cooker recipes I can try out i would appreciate them.

I got a slow cooker off my mum last Xmas and i haven't used it yet
I really want to try it out but don't know whats the best thing to cook and I am scared of giving us all food poisoning!

It has come with a little recipe book but they are all rubbish dishes.

I know this might sound silly but have you tried typing "slow cooker recipes" into ebay? There are a lot of e books on there for hardly anything at all, like £1. I've bought ebooks before and though they aren't always uber helpful there are often bits and pieces of info on there that are good.
