Its basically the same red/green days but also extra easy (yellow) whatever u can eat freely on red or green u can eat on yellow so meat,potatoes,pasta,veg,fruit,fishetc etc only difference on yellow is u only have 1 a and 1 b choice so basically limiting cheese and bread. Really easy. I'm startin back at group in a fortnight so will get completely new pack so il dig what I can 4 u xx
