Alastair went to bed last night at about 830ish and slept right till 430am

But iam sure it will not contine

Or has xmas come early???

I thought exactly the same as Leorah has suddenly started sleeping from 11pm until 7/8am, its all fine for now, lets hope we both get lots of sleep this Xmas! I wish she's go to bed earlier though as I am knackered by 11pm

I try to have and he is most nights in bed for 7pm, so i would not mind if he woke at 11pm then slept till 7am that would do me,

Yea lets hope all the kids sleep through this xmas

Have you tried giving him a dreamfeed at 11.00? We put Oliver to bed about 7.30-8.00 and then give him a dreamfeed about 11-11.30 and he then sleeps until about 8.30 the next morning, has been doing this for about 3 weeks now - lots of sleep for mummy!

The dreamfeed works for us as well. I put her to bed after her 7:30 feed. I have started dreamfeeding at 11:30 but I have now bought that forward to 10:30 and she sleeps through to 7:30. I thought I had successfully dropped it (2 nights in a row we got 12hrs but she started waking again ~3am so I reinstated it last night).

drea, feeding works for me too, hope ended up going to sleep bout6 and was still asleep at 10 when it was her bed so i fed her and she went back to sleep until5, she is a good girl xx

I put Alfie to bed at 5pm and he wakes up at 6am, we dont do a dreamfeed but if i try to take him up later he only sleeps untill about four o clock. Im really glad though because I get uality time with Ian and a good sleep. Alistair probably will keep sleeping hun that way well done to hes such a good boy isnt he!

Does this mean he was up from 11pm until 4am?

I'm sure he'll be able to do it again soon now he's done it once

Sorry up at 11pm takes 45 mins to feed etc so make in bed at 1145 then through till 4am for a feed

so i tried the dream feeding like people suggested, i feed him at 1130pm he took 4 oz back to sleep by 1145pm, he slept till 4am took another 4oz changed etc back to bed at 5am up again at 645
why didnt he just sleep until 645
