Sam's done it again 9.30pm until 7.30am no middle of the night feed, stayed in his cot all night

He has done this a couple of times over the last few weeks but in the last week he is doing it more and more.

Aww Mid

Has Seed never slept through at all?

Sam usually sleeps 5-6 hours solid then wants a feed but lately he has started going for longer.

Yay go sam!! Chester now goes bed at 8.30 ish sleeps thru til 7-8am has done for about 3 weeks now!!! just looking forward to the 4 month thing apparently they can get unsettled again xxx

Dont get ya hopes up but make the most of it  babies have a tendency to become wakeful again lol ...seed has NEVER slept through ..but like you say she will eventually mabey when shes 2-3 :D

I love your optimism there Midna!!

Even now at 3 Lucy has her nights where she's up (for whatever reason - usually she's lost her ribbon  ) but as they get older the broken nights get fewer.

Emma: enjoy them as long as they last, its great to have a good nights sleep!

I have occasionally got Angel to sleep from 11pm til 5am. Now its just started to got to 6am. Saturday i put her in her nursery while i was in the attic, she fell asleep at 9, i put her in my room at 10, no wake up while doing this, then she got up at 6am! Yet i keep waking several times a night to make sure she's breathing!

Yeh I know that feeling!! I think I might be more tired now cus I wake up to check he's breathing than when he used to want night feeds!! :wall: :wall: :wall:

God I hope Connie starts sleeping ALL the way soon!!!

She currently does 6.30pm feed, asleep by 7.30 then up at 2am for nightfeed then up at 7.30am ish. Last night it was 3.30am though so maybe she's getting better! I keep going to bed at 9pm so I get a 4/4 split at night ha ha!

Last night he was in his cot asleep at 9pm he didn't wake until 7.30am then he had a little milk and slept until 9.15am

lol midna could be right from about 10ish weeks my son slept from 7.30 till 6am then about 3 weeks ago he's started waking in the middle of the night again and often thinks its play time around 5. enjoy it while it lasts!

neither of mine sleep through yet. (tho instead of me getting up about 6 times night, im now down to 2-3 between them both)

God I wish Phoebe would. Past few days 'up time' has been 5.30am. Today it was 5. I'm so so tired

Anjali goes to sleep between 9 and 10pm, she wakes up once in the night anytime between 2am and 5am, but straight back to sleep and sometimes sleeps right through til 10 or 11 am, which is great cos i can get loads of work stuff done first thing in the morning before she wakes up :D

She has a nap 7-8pm ish but isnt ready to sleep through from then, she always wants to play between 8 and 9

'Sleeping through they do it eventually!'

I doooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hope so!

I may regret saying this but I don't actually mind LO not sleeping through the night. As I am not planning to go back to work for a long time (perhaps never?) I just trust that she will do it one day.

She goes to bed at 8pm after a feed. I will then top her up when I go to bed after which she sleeps 5 - 6 hours. Sometimes I wonder if she really needed a feed as she doesn't need to cry for it, but when I wake up and she is sucking her thumb and smacking her lips (VERY LOUDLY) I know it is time for a feed. Perhaps I could just try to settle her, but I am quite happy to feed her (but then I have never really suffered from severe tiredness)...

She sleeps until 8 - 9 every morning so even if I went to bed at midnight I get to sleep 8 - 9 hours with only one feed. Suits us well... :D

My LO slept well for a couple of weeks but now we are back to square one! It must be the '4 month itch'!! He wakes through the night, takes ages to settle and fusses with his milk at every feed. :( I hope it is only a phase and that it improves again. People keep telling me that he may need weaning but I'd like to try and sit it out to see if it passes and I can get to 6 months before weaning. Has anyone else gone through this with their LO?
