Sleeping through the night and breastfeeding

Hi everyone

Just wondering when LO starts sleeping longer at night, will my supply drop down and will LO probably begin cluster feeding again to place his order again. Iykwim. He normally feeds 10pm-11pm, 2-3am and 5-6am overnight but he's gone right round till 4am from 11pm, just a bit worried my supply will drop if he doesn't demand it. Xx

I think your supply will just meet his demands so even if it drops a bit it won't matter because he doesn't need it through the night if that makes sense? You could always express but that's a pain. My lo sleeps through now and I don't express or anything I just feed lo when he wakes up xx

No the cluster feeding shouldn't start up again unless there's a growth spurt going on

Your boobs will just produce what baby needs without need for expressing etc. the levels just go up and down as needed x

He will feed more at 4am as he will be hungry so your supply will adjust to the higher amount needed at 4am. We have clever boobies
