Hi everyone,
I had a c section last wednesday 24th aug, since then i have not been able to lie flat. It was easier to lie a bit flatter in hospital as i had the bed to move me up and down however now im home i don't have this luxury and it usually results in dh literally having to pick me up and stand me up.
I have stacked all the pillows in the world and got one of the v shaped pillows to support me but its so uncomfortable on my lower back to sleep sat up. sometimes i end up with my feet on the floor and my head against the wall to sleep.
On wednesday morning I led all the way down to cuddle dh and it took literally half an hour to get back up... i was in agony and crying because it felt like i was pulling my stitches.
Does anyone have any advice?
how long was it until you could lie flat?
thank you.
