Yay, I have finally found a baby sleeping bag with arms and integrated scratch mitts. I know a few people who were also worried about their little ones getting cold arms, so thought I would put this on, it's called a purflo sleepsac and I have just ordered it from mothercare online (apparently u can't get them in the shop). Can't wait for it to arrive now, especially with the snow on the way! Brrrr! X

Ooooh let us know how you get on with it x sounds very interesting x

How do you find the normal sleeping bags? i have 2 for Harvey that were presents and he kicks covers off and i was worried about him getting cold!!! Do you just put a normal sleepsuit on underneath it?

yeah if im worried bout cold arms i put on long sleeve vest instead of short sleeve aswell :D i love them ... i have to ordr a new ggrobag for madison as 6-18 months is wayyy too small and im raging cos with summer and all she got no wear out of it at all at bloody £37!! xx

I worry about the cold arms, but I never swaddled zach anyway so he had his arms out the covers anyway. I find them so much better than blankets, as they can't be kicked off. I put him in a vest and a sleepsuit. X

Ooo I worry about cold arms too. How did you find it after zazu?

ameli gets really cold hands with her sleeping bag but she doesnt seem bothered by it x

He was really toasty in it and slept well, I don't use the arms anymore as the house is a bit warmer now, but would definitely recommend them. I do find them quite small though, zac is in the 9-18month one as he is too big for the smaller size x

I find it hard to regulate my boys temperature. Some nights are warmer than others so sometimes I use the sleeping bag and other nights the blanket. It's usually warm when he goes to bed then in the night it cools down. I too put him in a long sleeve vest in his sleeping bag. A thin one. Gaps vests are thin.

the hv told me aslong as amelias body was warm then not to worry about her head or hands and feet but i know i worry about her temp all the time x
