Sleep

I am sooo tierd today as i've had no sleep at all last night, my SPD has got that bad it hurt's when i lay down, I get pain in my hip's if I lay on one side for too long but then I can bearly turn over in the end I got up (2am) and managed to rest a little in an arm chair i have in my bedroom. seeing MW wednesday and managed to get an appointment with my doctor for monday afternoon, but I can't go on like this for another 5 weeks, as when i've had no sleep i'm moody as hell and at the moment my fella and our other 2 childern are suffering with my shoot temper.

You poor thing I guess you've tried propping yourself up with loads of pillows and stuff?

I hope that they can give you some advice on Monday
