Well today I set up my Silver Cross Dazzle only to find that the frame had snapped. We live in a ground floor flat, I was extremely careful when stepping up and down curbs, so I was pretty confused on how it broke! I am just glad that Daniel wasn't sitting in it when it collasped as I would have fallen forward over, into the pushchair.
Anyway, we took it back to Mothercare and they were brilliant. I have exchanged it for another Silver Cross pushchair called Pop and it does seem a lot more sturdy. The stroller was cheaper than the previous one, so I now have over £60 in vouchers to now spend in Mothercare. This will keep Dan in Nappies and Formula for a while!
I cannot 'big up' Mothercare enough today, normally they would have sent back a broken pushchair for repair after 28 days, but in this instance, they let me have an exchange. The assistant was so helpful and I will be writing to head office to let them know how helpful he was.
