had my physio appt today and as the pains getting worse i now need a sij belt. the one i tried on in the physio dept seemed ok but the one from the hospital is meant to be bigger. also its quite low down. was wondering do any of you ladies have one and what do you wear them with and how? and also i needed to get referred to by my midwife but shes not working till tomorrow and was wondering if it takes ages for me to get one is it worth buying one cos the physiotherapist told me where she recommended is quite expensive but they choose the perfect one for you...x
