side ache

Hey ladies,

I am noticing every morning i drive to work park my car and start my walk to work, about 5 minutes in i get an ache on my side always on the right. My friend always gets hers on her left. We are assuming this is bubba moving from the comfortable position when in the car to a comfortable position when walking.

Has anyone else found this?

Hi, yes I would get a sore side quite often however I find it is when I am sitting down, sometimes when walking/standing.x

it maybe your ligaments realigning from a sitting to standing position i get this quite a lot x

Whenever I walk anywhere I get a really painful stitch like pain all down the right hand side of my bump I ignored it for a week and then phoned my midwife who told me it's ligament pain x I bought a bump band from topshop and i've found it really helps x
